The Baltimore Ravens re-signed 33-year-old linebacker Justin Houston to a one-year contract.Â
Baltimore had previously applied the “UFA tender” to Houston in May, which would have given them exclusive negotiating rights if he remained unsigned into training camp.
However, a short-term deal has been made with the veteran ahead of the 2022 season.
Houston recorded a low 4.5 sacks and 34 total tackles last season, but he did play in almost 600 snaps and gave the defense some decent pass-rushing.
Financial details of the contract have yet to be determined.
