According to NFL Network, the Philadelphia Eagles are seeking a third or fourth-round pick for three-time Pro Bowl tight end Zach Ertz.
Tom Pelissero noted that Ertz has been growing impatient with the team to get a deal done.
Ertz has been frustrated since last season when he asked Eagles general manager Howie Roseman for a new contract, but he wouldn’t budge.
The 30-year-old is on the final year of his five-year, $42,500,000 contract that he signed back in 2016.
Giving Ertz’ capabilities, he’s worth at least another two to three year contract extension for the future.
