ESPN is reporting that the Milwaukee Bucks are on Anthony Davis’ list of teams he would be willing to sign long-term with.
Shortly after this report, Shams Charania of The Athletic added the Los Angeles Clippers to the list that already includes the Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks.
Milwaukee likely lacks the assets to make a move for Davis with Khris Middleton, Eric Bledsoe, and Brook Lopez all hitting free agency this summer.
The Clippers also have a similar problem with their best player in Tobias Harris hitting free agency after this season.
The Clippers could have plenty of cap space and have been linked to Kawhi Leonard, which could give them some incentive to go all in, but the Pelicans will be asking for Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in that scenario.
