Buffalo Bills fans have started a GoFundMe for quarterback Nathan Peterman to retire.

The GoFundMe, named ‘Nathan Peterman Please Retire,’ has raised $157 (of a $1 million goal) as of Wednesday afternoon.

“Nathan Peterman, we understand your passion to play football and especially in the NFL,” the creator of the fundraising page, Bilal Chaudhry who resides in Schenectady, NY, wrote. “But please for the love of God retire and leave and never come back. WE WILL GIVE YOU MONEY, JUST LEAVE!”

Peterman, who’s in his second year of his rookie contract is owed $1.38 million over the next two years.

The 2017 fifth-round pick has started four games in his career and completed 47-of-91 passes for just one touchdown to 10 interceptions. The Bills are 1-3 in his four starts.

On Sunday, the 24-year-old quarterback started for Buffalo with rookie QB Josh Allen being sidelined with an elbow injury and backup QB Derek Anderson with a consusion. Peterman completed 31-of-49 passes for 189 yards and three interceptions in a 41 – 9 blowout loss to the Bears. Also, one of his interceptions went for a pick-six.

The Bills are currently last in the AFC East at 2-7. Their next match is Sunday on the road against the New York Jets.
