The New York Jets parted ways with running back Tevin Coleman Tuesday.Â
Coleman re-signed with the Jets in March after a 2021 season where he ran for 381 yards on 84 rushing attempts.
The 29-year-old missed seven games with an injury last season and played in just eight games in 2020.
According to NBC, Michael Carter and Breece Hall will split the team’s backfield reps to start the regular season.Â
Coleman could find a suitor soon for a team that needs a veteran RB presence, specifically with his running style.
