3x Pro-Bowl offensive tackle Orlando Brown will report to the Kansas City Chiefs’ upcoming training camp.

Brown will be playing under the franchise tag next season, where he’ll earn a salary of $16,662,000.

The 26-year-old had previously not reported to camp as was seeking a larger contract extension, but he’s reportedly returning.

It looks like Brown will play out the 2022 season before becoming an unrestricted free agent in 2023.

If Kansas City is prioritizing keeping Patrick Mahomes on his feet, extending Brown would be a smart option for the future.
