Nolan Arenado is out of the Cardinals starting lineup Saturday against the Cincinnati Reds with lower back tightness.
According to MLB writer Jon Denton, Arenado will skip the 2022 All-Star game as well with the lingering injury.
Arenado will likely be sidelined for Sunday’s game as well with the Reds.
The 31-year-old is off to yet again another solid season, slashing .293/.359/.526 with 18 home runs, 41 runs scored, and 59 RBI across 88 games so far.
