Houston Astros outfielder Kyle Tucker is out of the lineup Sunday against the Mariners with a sore left foot.
Tucker left Saturday’s game with the same injury, and he’s now considered day-to-day with the foot injury.
The 25-year-old is off to a solid season slashing .239/.335/.439 with eight home runs, 17 runs, 29 RBI, and nine steals across 45 games played.
Hopefully, Tucker can return as soon as Monday when the Astros open their next series in Oakland to face the A’s.
For Seattle, outfielder Kyle Lewis has also been scratched out of the lineup Sunday.
