
The Kansas City Royals parted ways with hitting coach Terry Bradshaw on Monday after serving the role since 2018.
Kansas City has been off to a rocky start to begin the 2022 season with a 12-20 record, and they’re 24th in the league in runs per game (3.69).
The team also has just 21 homers marking them 28th in the league and have an overall poor .224 batting average.
The Royals announced that Alec Zumwalt will join the team’s coaching staff to coordinate their hitting efforts, and Mike Tosar will join as well.
