The Oakland A’s have placed six total players on the COVID-19 injury list ahead of tonight’s home opener against the Orioles.
Pitcher Lou Trivino was named as one of the six, and it’s not clear whether he tested positive or was a close contact.
Hopefully these guys can get healthy and back on the field for Oakland sooner than later.
Relief pitcher A.J. Puk is also out, so this could mean Dany Jimenez would could get the closes opportunity with Trivino sidelined.
