Pro Football Network reported that receiver Tyreek Hill is expected to sign a four-year, $85 million extension with the Kansas City Chiefs this offseason.
Hill is on the final year of his previous three-year, $54 million contract with the Chiefs that he signed in September of 2019.
According to NBC, “his new deal would include around $40 million in guarantees and make him the highest paid receiver in average salary behind DeAndre Hopkins and Julio Jones.”
The 28-year-old has stapled himself as a top receiver in the game since joining the Chiefs in 2016.
Hill has 479 receptions for 6,630 receiving yards on 13.8 yards per catch, 56 receiving touchdowns, and 719 rushing yards in his six-year Kansas City career.
The six-time Pro-Bowler carries a salary cap hit of $20,685,000 heading into the upcoming 2022 season.
