Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is in concussion protocol after leaving Sunday’s game against the Browns.

Mahomes suffered the injury after getting tackled head first into the ground by Cleveland Browns linebacker Mack Wilson.

Andy Reid was interviewed Monday and said, “We’ll follow that and see how he does the next couple of days.”

If Mahomes can’t clear league protocols this week, backup Chad Henne will most likely get the start for Kansas City.

Let’s hope Mahomes can clear concussion protocols for the Chiefs’ AFC Title matchup with the Buffalo Bills.
