Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid will both miss Saturday’s game against the Denver Nuggets.

Simmons is reportedly dealing with knee swelling while Embiid has back tightness, but this could be a move by the team to help further avoid their COVID-19 breakout.

Seth Curry tested positive earlier this week, and Embiid was sitting next to him on the bench before the Sixers got his test results.

Due to health and safety protocols, the Sixers will also be without Tobias Harris, Shake Milton, Matisse Thybulle, and Vincent Poirier.
