Sanders left yesterday’s matchup against Baltimore with a knee injury, but he luckily will avoid any surgery for serious damage.

The 23-year-old runner’s return is uncertain for week eight also, so fantasy owners stay updated.

The Eagles will face the Giants on Thursday, and the Cowboys week eight with Boston Scott looking like the starter.
