The Kansas City Chiefs have signed defensive end Frank Clark to a 5-year, $105.5 million contract extension.
The new deal includes $63.5 million guaranteed.
According to USA Today Sports, the Chiefs intended to sign Clark long-term before they acquired him for the team’s first rounder this year and 2020 second rounder.
Clark played all 16 games last season, and accumulated 13 sacks, 136 tackles, and three forced fumbles.
