Indianapolis Colts (1-3) @ New England Patriots (2-2) (Thursday Night)

  • Time/Venue: 8:20 PM, Gilette Stadium
  • Moneyline: NE -500, IND +405
  • Spread: NE -10 (-112), IND +10 (-108)
  • Over/Under: O 51 (-110), U 51 (-110)
  • Spread Consensus: 56% NE -10
  • Over/Under Consensus: 60% U 51
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: NE 32.4 – IND 16.1
  • Record Against the Spread: NE (2-2), IND (2-2)

Pick – Patriots

After shaking off some early rust in weeks two and three, New England roared back with a lopsided victory against the Dolphins last week. The Pats look like their normal selves, and this is bad news for the 1-3 Colts who are on the road.

Marcus Mariota.jpg

Tennessee Titans (3-1) @ Buffalo Bills (1-3)

  • Time/Venue: 1:00 PM, New Era Field
  • Moneyline: TEN -175, BUF +155
  • Spread: EN -3.5 (-103), BUF +3.5 (-117)
  • Over/Under: O 39 (-115), U 39 (-105)
  • Spread Consensus: 64% TEN -3.5
  • Over/Under Consensus: 54% U 39
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: TEN 21.3 – BUF 16.6
  • Record Against the Spread: TEN (3-1), BUF (1-3)

Pick – Titans

Tennessee has been quite impressive over the last three weeks with two of their wins coming on the road in Jacksonville, and the other taking down the defending champion Eagles. Marcus Mariota is looking like a supreme dual threat running and throwing the ball. Buffalo put up a goose egg last week in Green Bay, and the majority of the season they haven’t gotten anything going.

Giovanni Bernard.jpg

Miami Dolphins (3-1) @ Cincinnati Bengals (3-1)

  • Time/Venue: 1:00 PM, Paul Brown Stadium
  • Moneyline: CIN -275, MIA +230
  • Spread: CIN -6.5 (-116), MIA +6.5 (-104)
  • Over/Under: O 49.5 (-108), U 49.5 (-112)
  • Spread Consensus: 56% CIN -6.5
  • Over/Under Consensus: 53% O 49.5
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: CIN 31.7 – MIA 17.2
  • Record Against the Spread: CIN (3-1), MIA (3-1)

Pick – Bengals

Although the Dolphins are 3-1, their wins aren’t as impressive compared to the Bengals. They got brought back down to earth last week  by New England after being undefeated the first three weeks. Starting QB Ryan Tannehill got benched early after throwing 11-of-20 for 100 yards, no TDs, and one interception. This move shows the lack of stability in the Dolphins’ offense. Cincinnati will out toughen the Dolphins in this one.

Myles Garrett.jpg

Baltimore Ravens (3-1) @ Cleveland Browns (1-2-1)

  • Time/Venue: 1:00 PM, FirstEnergy Stadium
  • Moneyline: BAL -168, CLE +148
  • Spread: BAL -3 (-120), CLE +3 (+100)
  • Over/Under: O 47.5 (-106), U 47.5 (-114)
  • Spread Consensus: 65% BAL -3
  • Over/Under Consensus: 52% U 47.5
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: BAL 23.6 – CLE 20.6
  • Record Against the Spread: BAL (3-1), CLE (3-1)

Pick – Ravens

Baltimore’s defense looks elite, and they’ll be too much for rookie QB Baker Mayfield and the Browns offense to handle. It’s a learning curve year for Cleveland, and they won’t pick up their 2nd win of the season this week.

Kenny Golloday.jpg

Green Bay Packers (2-1-1) @ Detroit Lions (1-3)

  • Time/Venue: 1:00 PM, Ford Field
  • Moneyline: GB -123, DET +103
  • Spread: GB -1 (-110), +1 (-110)
  • Over/Under: O 51 (-111), U 51 (-109)
  • Spread Consensus: 64% GB -1
  • Over/Under Consensus: 71% O 51
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: DET 24.9 – GB 19.9
  • Record Against the Spread: GB (2-2), DET (3-1)

Pick – Lions

This feels like an upset waiting to happen. Detroit is desperate for a win after another tough loss last week, and they know Green Bay well. The Packers lost both matchups with Detroit last season by a combined 37 points. Detroit is also at home, which gives them a decent advantage.

Patrick Mahomes.jpg

Jacksonville Jaguars (3-1) @ Kansas City Chiefs (4-0)

  • Time/Venue: 1:00 PM, Arrowhead Stadium
  • Moneyline: KC -175, JAC +155
  • Spread: KC -3 (-125), JAC +3 (+105)
  • Over/Under: O 49 (-105), U 49 (-115)
  • Spread Consensus: 55% KC -3
  • Over/Under Consensus: 61% O 49
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: KC 25.5 – JAC 22.7
  • Record Against the Spread: KC (4-0), JAC (3-1)

Pick – Chiefs

This could possibly be the must-see matchup of the week. Although the Jaguars defense rank 1st in both total yards and passing yards, it’s hard to go against a steaming hot hand in Patrick Mahomes. He’s thrown 14 touchdowns in the first four weeks and ran in an additional one. Arrowhead stadium will be rocking, and the Chiefs will prevail.

Emmanuel Sanders.jpg

Denver Broncos (2-2) @ New York Jets (1-3)

  • Time/Venue: 1:00 PM, MetLife Stadium
  • Moneyline: NYJ -117, DEN -103
  • Spread: NYJ -1 (-103), DEN +1 (-117)
  • Over/Under: O 42.5 (-108), U 42.5 (-112)
  • Spread Consensus: 65% DEN +1
  • Over/Under Consensus: 63% U 42.5
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: NYJ 20.8 – 19.3
  • Record Against the Spread: NYJ (1-3), DEN (0-3-1)

Pick – Broncos

The Jets offense looks putrid at the moment ranked 30th in the league in total yards, 27th in passing yards, and 25th in rushing yards. Denver will take this one outright because of how poor the Jets offense produces.

James Conner.jpg

Atlanta Falcons (1-3) @ Pittsburgh Steelers (1-2-1)

  • Time/Venue: 1:00 PM, Heinz Field
  • Moneyline: PIT -175, ATL +155
  • Spread: PIT -3 (-125), ATL +3 (+105)
  • Over/Under: O 57.5 (-110), U 57.5 (-110)
  • Spread Consensus: 58% ATL +3
  • Over/Under Consensus: 63% O 57.5
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: PIT 32.5 – ATL 20.6
  • Record Against the Spread: PIT (1-3), ATL (1-3)

Pick – Falcons

This is the toughest matchup of the week to choose. Both teams are virtually identical in total yards on both sides of the ball. This comes down to turnovers, where Pittsburgh has nine compared to Atlanta’s two. Also, the return of Devonta Freeman for the Falcons will help get their run game back on track.

Saquon Barkley.jpg

New York Giants (1-3) @ Carolina Panthers (2-1)

  • Time/Venue: 1:00 PM, Bank of America Stadium
  • Moneyline: CAR -300, NYG +250
  • Spread: CAR -7 (-107), NYG +7 (-113)
  • Over/Under: O 44.5 (-110), U 44.5 (-110)
  • Spread Consensus: 51% CAR -7
  • Over/Under Consensus: 64% O 44.5
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: CAR 31.2 – NYG 14.2
  • Record Against the Spread: CAR (2-1), NYG (1-3)

Pick – Panthers

The Giants have yet to find a way to protect Eli Manning, which makes it tough for the offense to get going. Their 5th in the league in sacks allowed, and 27th in rushing yards. With no offensive line, it’ll be tough for New York to see many wins all season. Carolina is fresh off of a bye week and in their home arena. The Panthers will take care of business.

Amari Cooper.jpg

Oakland Raiders (1-3) @ Los Angeles Chargers (2-2)

  • Time/Venue: 4:05 PM, StubHub Center
  • Moneyline: LAC -240, OAK +200
  • Spread: LAC -5.5 (-110), OAK +5.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: O 53.5 (-105), U 53.5 (-115)
  • Spread Consensus: 54% OAK +5.5
  • Over/Under Consensus: 68% O 53.5
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: LAC 26.6 – OAK 22.4
  • Record Against the Spread: LAC (1-3), OAK (2-2)

Pick – Chargers

This one could be a shootout with two not so stellar defenses. The crowd will be a mix of both Raiders and Chargers fans, which makes the venue a non factor. Minus the overtime win against the Browns last week, Oakland seems to find ways to have ugly losses this season.

Fletcher Cox.jpg

Minnesota Vikings (1-2-1) @ Philadelphia Eagles (2-2)

  • Time/Venue: 4:25 PM, Lincoln Financial Field
  • Moneyline: PHI -170, MIN +150
  • Spread: PHI -3 (-125), MIN +3 (+105)
  • Over/Under: O 44.5 (-110), U 44.5 (-110)
  • Spread Consensus: 57% MIN +3
  • Over/Under Consensus: 74% O 44.5
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: PHI 28.8 – MIN 13.8
  • Record Against the Spread: PHI (1-3), MIN (1-2-1)

Pick – Eagles

The Vikings defense is struggling ranked 21st in the league in total yards allowed. Their run game has also been non existent and their ranked last in that category. Teams struggle to run against the Eagles, and this makes Minnesota one dimensional. Home field advantage will also help Philadelphia in this one.

Matt Breida.jpg

Arizona Cardinals (0-4) @ San Francisco 49ers (1-3)

  • Time/Venue: 4:25 PM, Levi’s Stadium
  • Moneyline: SF – 215, ARI +185
  • Spread: SF – 4.5 (-107), ARI +4.5 (-113)
  • Over/Under: O 41 (-100), U 41 (-110)
  • Spread Consensus: 52% ARI +4.5
  • Over/Under Consensus: 65% O 41
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: SF 30.4 – ARI 9.9
  • Record Against the Spread: SF (1-3), ARI (2-2)

Pick – 49ers

Arizona’s offense is ranked dead last in total yards and rushing yards, and second to last in rushing yards. They simply can’t get anything going. San Francisco may be without Jimmy Garoppolo, they found a spark plug in running back Matt Breida. He’s ranked third in the NFL in rushing yards with 313, and the Cardinals are 31st in rushing yards allowed per game. Breida will run all over Arizona’s defense leading them to a W.

Cooper Kupp.jpg

Los Angeles Rams (4-0) @ Seattle Seahawks (2-2)

  • Time/Venue: 4:25 PM, CenturyLink Field
  • Moneyline: LAR -315, SEA +265
  • Spread: LAR -7 (-109), SEA +7 (-111)
  • Over/Under: O 50 (-110), U 50 (-110)
  • Spread Consensus: 69% LAR -7
  • Over/Under Consensus: 65% O 50
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: LAR 26.5 – SEA 18.0
  • Record Against the Spread: LAR (3-0-1), SEA (1-2-1)

Pick – Rams

The Rams mean business this year, and they’ll continue their dominance against a sub par Seahawks team. Look for LA to put up big numbers and wreak havoc against Seattle’s weak offensive line.

Jadeveon Clowney.jpg

Dallas Cowboys (2-2) @ Houston Texans (1-3)

  • Time/Venue: 8:20 PM, NRG Stadium
  • Moneyline: HOU -168, DAL +148
  • Spread: HOU -3.5 (+100), DAL +3.5 (-120)
  • Over/Under: O 45 (-115), U 45 (-105)
  • Spread Consensus: 55% HOU -3.5
  • Over/Under Consensus: 58% O 45
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: HOU 26.2 – DAL 15.0
  • Record Against the Spread: HOU (1-3), DAL (1-3)

Pick – Texans

Houston has to stop running back Ezekiel Elliot for them to take this one. They’re ranked 9th so far this season in rushing yards allowed, which bodes well for the Texans. Minus Elliot, Dallas doesn’t have enough weapons for success.

Drew Brees.jpg

Washington Reskins (2-1) @ New Orleans Saints (3-1) (Monday Night)

  • Time/Venue: 8:15 PM, Mercedes-Benz Superdome
  • Moneyline: NO -275, WAS +230
  • Spread: NO -6.5 (-110), WAS +6.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: O 52.5 (-115), U 52.5 (-105)
  • Spread Consensus: 58% NO -6.5
  • Over/Under Consensus: 74% O 52.5
  • Odds Shark Predicted Score: NO 28.4 – WAS 19.4
  • Record Against the Spread: NO (2-2), WAS (2-1)

Pick – Saints

New Orleans offense has a gigantic variety of plays for their offense along with a variety of weapons. Drew Brees looks like he’s 26 years old passing the ball and running back Alvin Kamara has yet to be stopped. Simply too much offense for Washington to handle this week.

Bye: Chicago Bears, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
