The Miami Heat are looking to acquire picks to use in a trade for Kevin Durant or Donovan Mitchell, according to Bleacher Report.

Brooklyn has made it clear that they want picks or an All-Star back for Durant, which makes sense for both sides.

Since Utah has dealt away Rudy Gobert, there’s been rumors of them wanting to deal away Mitchell as well after the drama over the years with the team.

The huge hit is that Durant has three years left on his $194,219,320 contract that he signed with the Nets in 2021.

Mitchell also comes with a headache with a $163,000,300 contract that has a player option for the 2025 season.

We’ll see how this scenario ends up with both players, and it’ll be interesting to see what type of deal Miami tries to end up with to acquire either All-Star.
