Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers have agreed to a four-year, $200 million deal that makes him the highest paid player in NFL history.
The offseason drama is finally over between Rodgers and Green Bay, who finally achieved a record contract extension.
The four-time MVP is now the highest-paid player in league history with $153 million guaranteed over the next four seasons.
Rodgers, now 38-years-old, has previously earned a whopping $263,608,010 in NFL contracts in 17 seasons, all with the Packers.
With the new contract of Rodgers, it’s almost certain that Green Bay will get his go to receiver Davante Adams on a new deal as well.
Rodgers posted a 13-3 QB record last season and threw for 4,115 yards, 37 touchdowns, just four interceptions, and led the league with a 111.9 quarterback rating.
