Devin Booker enters health & safety protocols

USA Today

Phoenix Suns All-Star Devin Booker has entered the league’s health and safety protocols according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

This is a big surprise, especially since there haven’t been any additions to the league’s health and safety protocols in weeks.

If this is a positive test for COVID, Booker will have to quarantine for at least five days and will miss the Sunsnext three games through March 6th.

However, if if is a false positive Booker can test out of the league protocols.

This a blow for the team lineup, as the 25-year-old is averaging 25.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 4.6 assists this season.

Landry Shamet, Jae Crowder, Cam Johnson and Mikal Bridges should all see an increase in usage as long as Booker is sidelined.
