According to the Athletic, the Chicago Bulls expressed interest in Cleveland Cavaliers big man Andre Drummond.
The report stated that Chicago have “registered interest but there’s skepticism about whether they can find a trade that can work.â€
Drummond has a large salary of $28.7 million this season before becoming an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and it may be challenging for the Bulls to take it on.
The 27-year-old hasn’t played since February 12 since the Cavaliers decided to sit him until a deal got done.
Drummond was averaging 17.5 points, 13.5 rebounds, and 2.6 assists in 25 games played this season.
Brooklyn has also showed interest in him, but his contract is clearly why a deal has yet to be made.
