Dallas Mavericks forward Kristaps Porzingis is expected to make his return Saturday to face the Brooklyn Nets.

Porzingis has been out since February 14 with a back injury, but he practiced Friday with the team in full.

Mavs head coach Rick Carlisle said the 25-year old felt good and added that he’d like to see where Porzingis is at on Saturday, but he does expect him to return against Brooklyn.

Porzingis is averaging 20.5 points in 8.2 rebounds in 17 games this season.

He’s been shadowed with trade rumors before the deadline, but team owner Mark Cuban shut that down recently.

Dallas is currently the 10th seed in the western conference with a 15-16 record, and they’ll need Porzingis to help them try to pick up a few wins before the All-Star break.
