The Las Vegas Raiders have released wide receiver Tyrell Williams, saving $10.6 million in salary cap space.
Williams was two years into his original four-year, $44,300,000 contract signed in 2019 with the team, but the ultimately decided to waive him after missing last season with a shoulder injury.
The 29-year-old had a good season in 2019 before the injury, where he posted 43 receptions for for 651 yards and six touchdowns.
Williams will get a lot of calls from teams in need of a solid wide receiver, and he could make his way to a title contender.
