Kevin Durant has been ruled out for his fourth consecutive game Sunday against the Los Angeles Clippers with a hamstring injury.

Brooklyn Nets head coach Steve Nash said Durant will not play against the Clippers on Sunday, and added that he is doing some strengthening exercises in addition to light on-court work at practice.

Durant has been itching to play, but the team is being cautions with the 32-year-old.

Last time he was rushed back in the 2019 NBA Finals, Durant further injured his already ruptured Achillies.

Brooklyn has been playing well since KD’s injury, and they’ve won five straight games and defeated the Lakers on Thursday 109-98.

Jeff Green will likely continue to start in Durant’s place, with James Harden and Kyrie Irving taking care of the majority of ball handling duties.
