Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski tested positive for COVID-19 along with two more players and two more coaches.
The Browns are headed into their first playoff game since 2002, and they’ll be without Stefanski, linebacker Malcom Smith, tight end Harrison Bryant, cornerback Denzel Ward, guard Joel Bitonio, and wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge.
This is a huge blow for Cleveland facing their division rival Steelers for their Wild Card matchup.
Stefanski and all others that tested positive for the coronavirus will be forced to miss the game, and this gives Pittsburgh a gigantic advantage on Sunday night.
Special Teams Coordinator Mike Priefer will act as head coach, while Offensive Coordinator Alex Van Pelt will call plays.
