The Sacramento Kings signed point guard De’Aaron Fox to a 5-year, $163 million maximum contract extension.

The Kings now signed their centerpiece in Fox, who’s soon to be 23-years-old in December.

Fox averaged 21.1 points on 48% shooting, 3.8 rebounds, and 6.8 assists last year with Sacramento.

With Bogdan Bogdanovic hitting free agency, Fox’s usage rate may escalate next season.
