The New York Giants will be without running back Devonta Freeman against Tampa Bay this week with an ankle injury.

Freeman suffered the injury last week against the Eagles.

However, backup back Wayne Gallman stepped up and ran hard with 54 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown in Freeman’s absence.

Freeman hasn’t done much since joining the Giants running for 172 yards at 3.2 yards per carry with only one touchdown, but their offensive line has been horrible as well.
