The New Jersey Devils have acquired P.K. Subban from the Nashville Predators for Steven Santini, Jeremy Davies, the 34th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft, and a 2020 2nd-round pick.

Nashville was looking to clear cap space and the New Jersey took advantage.

Subban has three years left on his current deal with an annual cap hit of $9 million.

“Between this trade and the Devils selecting Jack Hughes with the first-overall pick, this has been an outstanding couple of days for New Jersey,” reported by Rotoworld.
