Carolina Panthers star running back Christian McCaffrey has broken the franchise’s single-season record for yards from scrimmage.
McCaffrey broke the record on a nine yard run in the first quarter of Monday night’s game against the New Orleans Saints.
McCaffrey surpasses DeAngelo Williams’ record of 1,636 yards, set in 2008.
McCaffrey has the 11th highest contract of all backs in the league this season ($17,241,304). â£
