The Toronto Blue Jays have placed third baseman Josh Donaldson on trade waivers.
The former AL MVP has hasn’t been in the lineup since May 28 due to a calf injury, but will likely draw interest from multiple championship contending teams.
The 32-year-old is currently on a 1-year, $23 million contract and has a career earnings of $58,889,000 in nine big league seasons.
