The Los Angeles Dodgers activated infielder Max Muncy from the 10-day injured list after a 13 game absence.
Muncy finally returns Thursday to face the White Sox after battling left elbow inflammation.
The 31-year-old was off to a slow start this season, slashing .150/.327/.263 with three home runs and 14 RBI through 41 games before hitting the IL.
Muncy will look to pick things up against Chicago starting pitcher Dylan Cease, who’s got a 4-2 record and 3.39 ERA.
Hopefully, a stint on the IL gave him enough time to recover and return to his All-Star form.
