Gary Payton II is expected to return to the Warriors for the NBA Finals after being out since Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
Payton suffered a fractured elbow on a breakaway when he was fouled hard by Grizzlies guard Dillon Brooks, who was assessed a Flagrant 2 and received a one-game suspension.
The return of Payton will only benefit Golden State, especially with his talented defensive skillset off the bench.
The 29-year-old played in 71 games this season averaging 17.6 minutes across those games.
