According to The Athletic, Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson is working with a quarterbacks mechanics expert this offseason.Â
Baltimore coaches have apparently “expressed enthusiasm” about Jackson’s work this offseason with Adam Dedeaux, the CEO and “motion performance expert” of a company called 3DQB.
The media outlet noted that the team doesn’t know if Jackson will attend voluntary OTAs this week before entering the 2022 season possibly playing on the fifth-year option of his rookie contract.
Last season, Jackson was rated 22nd in Pro Football Focus’ adjusted completion rate, so working with a mechanic can only benefit the 25-year-old.
Jackson totaled 2,882 passing yards in 2021 (25th in the league) for 16 touchdowns and 13 interceptions.
