Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Lucas Giolito told reporters that he’s starting Wednesday against the Royals.
Giolito was placed on the COVID-19 injury list last Friday after feeling mild symptoms, but he’s been cleared to rejoin Chicago’s rotation.
The 27-year-old is carrying a 2-1 record heading into Wednesday posting a 2.70 ERA with 37 strikeouts across 26.2 innings pitched so far in 2022.
For fantasy managers, be ready to insert Giolito into starting lineups everywhere.
