The New England Patriots acquired receiver DeVante Parker and a 2022 fifth-round pick from the Miami Dolphins for a 2023 third-round pick.
Parker had been on the trade market for a bit now and gained interest from the Philadelphia Eagles, but he’ll ultimately remain in the AFC East.
New England has been a run heavy offense lately, so it’s unclear how Parker will fit in to the Patriots’ plans.
The 29-year-old carries a cap hit of $8,744,110 in 2022 and $9,000,000 in 2023.
Parker played in 10 games for the Dolphins last season, catching 40 receptions for 515 yards and two touchdowns.
