Investment firm Aethel Partners are the latest group to say they have submitted a bid for Chelsea Football Club before the Friday deadline.
The group led by Portuguese entrepreneur Ricardo Silva said the London firm is pledging to put in £50m as soon as possible.
Initial money put in to the club will serve as bridging funding to help ease financial issues the club faces and to redevelop Stamford Bridge.
More than 20 parties have looked into buying the club, including Nick Candy and Chicago Cubs owners.
