The Toronto Raptors have ruled Kyle Lowry out for at least the next two games with a thumb injury.
Lowry will miss tonight’s matchup with the Bucks and Friday’s game against Chicago at minimum.
The 34-year-old has a possibility of missing even more time if the Raptors are cautious with him, and because the All-Star break is coming up soon as well.
Lowry’s averaging 17.7 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 6.4 assists so far this season.
Fred VanVleet and Norman Powell’s roles should expand more with Lowry sidelined, and DeAndre Bembry has been moved into the starting lineup for Thursday night.
