The Los Angeles Dodgers have finalized the re-signing of Justin Turner to a two-year, $34 million contract extension.
The deal includes a $16 million club option for the 2023 season.
The 36-year-old slashed .307/.400/.460 in 2020 and hasn’t posted an OPS lower than .832 in his seven seasons with the Dodgers.
If he can remain healthy, Turner will likely hit in the middle of the Dodgers lineup and man third base for the majority of the 2021 season.
