The Milwaukee Brewers signed free agent second baseman Kolten Wong to a two-year, $18 million contract.
Ken Rosenthal reported the financials of the deal, and it’s a fully guaranteed contract worth $18 million with a third-year option that could bring the total value to $26 million.
Wong has had shining moments in his career, but his inconsistency makes him not attractive for fantasy purposes.
However, his defense will benefit Milwaukee as he’s an above average infielder.
The 30-year-old .265/.350/.326 in 2020 with a single home run and 16 RBI.
