The Chicago White Sox signed relief pitcher Liam Hendricks to a three-year, $39 million contract.
The deal includes a $15 million club option for 2024, which essentially makes the contract worth $54 million over four years.
Hendricks has been dominant out of the bullpen over the last two years posting a 1.79 ERA, 0.897 WHIP, and threw 161 strikeouts over 110 1/3 innings pitched.
The 31-year-old will certainly be in the White Sox bullpen rotation for the future.
