Formula 1 Ferrari 23-year-old driver Charles Leclerc has tested positive for Covid-19.

In a statement on Twitter, Leclerc said: “I am feeling OK and have mild symptoms.

The upcoming F1 season has already been pushed back due to COVID rules in Australia, and McLaren driver Lando Norris also recently tested positive for the virus.

The first of the 23 scheduled races is now the Bahrain Grand Prix from March 26 – 28.
