Newly acquired Hawks guard Bogdan Bogdanovic has been diagnosed with a bone bruise and avulsion fracture in his right knee.

Upsetting news for Atlanta, who signed Bogdanovic to a four-year, $72 million contract right before the season.

No timetable has been issued for his injury, so this is concerning that he could be out for a while.

Bogdanovic was struggling in his start with Atlanta, averaging just 9.9 points on 38.5% shooting.

The Hawks will have to rely on Kevin Huerter and Cam Reddish for production in the off-guard position.
