Sixers President of Basketball Operations Daryl Morey has been fined $50,000 for a violation of the NBA’s anti-tampering rules.
The fine is stemming back to a since deleted tweet on December 20 where he mentioned James Harden.
Morey still can’t seem to keep his mouth shut, dating back to when he rocked China by tweeting a unnecessary comment that nearly led to the country to refuse all business with the NBA.
The move nearly costed the NBA $400 million because of his senseless action, and it ultimately led him to step down as general manager of the Houston Rockets back in October.
