Lakers big man Anthony Davis will play Monday against the Trail Blazers after sitting out last night.
Davis was dealing with a right calf contusion that he says he suffered in the season opener and aggravated it in the team’s second game.
It could also be assumed that Davis was just held out on a front end of a back-to-back set.
AD’s numbers aren’t huge yet to begin the season, but he should pick his game up at some point in the near future.
He’s averaging 23.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game so far, and his point averages are his lowest since the 2013-14 season.
