The Philadelphia Eagles activated wide receiver DeSean Jackson off of injured reserve and he will play Sunday against the Cowboys.
Jackson hasn’t played since week seven in October after apparently suffering an ankle injury, but he practiced this week and has been cleared to return.
Getting Jackson back helps the Eagles chances and winning in the putrid NFC east, and they need to win out and have the rest of the division lose games in order to do so.
Jackson’s played in just seven total games since reuniting with the Eagles in 2019, where he signed a three-year $27,900,000 contract.
Not exactly a return on investment, but the Eagles are known for making awful decisions when it comes to free agency.
