The NFL fined the New England Patriots $350,000 for COVID-19 protocol violations.

According to NFL Network, the fines are from protocol violations back in October.

It’s not fully clear what violations they broke, but it seems like it has to do with their coronavirus outbreak earlier this season that sidelined quarterback Cam Newton.

The Patriots have since been more cautious after the incident, and they’ve had less positive tests since their outbreak.
