Chicago Blackhawks general manager Steve Bowman said the team won’t re-sign Corey Crawford.
Crawford has been with Chicago his whole career, and won two Stanley Cups with the team.
“I had a conversation with Corey earlier today and it was an emotional talk,” said Bowman.
Crawford had a 16-20-3 record last season with a 2.77 goals-against average and .917 save percentage.
The 35-year-old goaltender made $44,667,073 from contracts in his last 11 seasons.
