The San Francisco 49ers have agreed with DL Arik Armstead to a five-year, $85 million contract extension.

Armstead had career highs in sacks (10.0), quarterback hits (18), and tackles for loss (11) last season.

This extension will take Armstead through his age 31 season.

Armstead will continue to compliment Nick Bosa on that strong defensive line.
