Earlier reported by The Athletic, the Warriors new arena (Chase Center) is estimating an annual revenue of $700 million.

This is around $250-$300 million more than the New York Knicks or Los Angeles Lakers, the next-highest NBA teams.

In 2018, Forbes estimated the Cowboys stadium raked in $950 million.

Earlier this tear, Forbes also gave a franchise value of $3.5 billion.

The stadium will take in money from ticket sales, merchandise sales, corporate sponsorships, etc.
