Toronto Blue Jays’ manager Charlie Montoya confirmed that top prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr. will join the team on Friday to make his big league debut against the A’s.
The 20-year-old has a slash line of .360/.429/.640 along with two homers and seven RBI through his first seven games at Triple-A Buffalo.
Expect a big bat behind Guerrero, who shows elite hitting strength.
The 20-year-old could have a similar opening season like Juan Soto of the Washington Nationals.
He could provide a useful bat in every fantasy format.
