The Minnesota Twins and Marwin Gonzalez have agreed to a 2-year, $21 million contract.
Minnesota already has starters penciled in at all four infield spots and left field, but the utility man has often not had a set “starting” job the last few years and has managed to spend a lot of time on the field.
Gonzalez offers Minnesota protection all over the field and the two sides came to a reasonable deal.
